We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days from Melbourne. Our estimated delivery times from when an order is placed are:
Metropolitan Melbourne,Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, you should receive your goods within 3-5 working days.
WA, Tasmania and regional areas of all other States, your order will take 7 – 13 working days to arrive.
If your parcel has not arrived per the relevant timeframe or if your order is missing in transit, please drop us an email with the relevant details. We can launch a missing parcel investigation with Australia post. Please note this can take up to 10 business days.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen after delivery has been made.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 business days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 business days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
